Domaine de la Tour Blanche is a winery located in Riquewihr, in the heart of the Alsace region of France. The Klack family has been making wine there for 13 generations, since 1628. They cultivate 8 hectares of vines with a focus on natural methods, and age their wines in old oak barrels, some of which are 100-120 years old.
