On the palate, it is soft with acidulous hints, offering a fresh and well-balanced profile. The aftertaste lingers with a pleasant hint of almonds that persists over time.
Wonderful as a distinguished aperitif or a celebratory toast, it is best served chilled at 4–5 °C and opened just before serving.
