This 2021 vintage has a pretty bright ruby colour. We can find a complex and intense nose presents notes of ripe fruit, like blackcurrant.
On the palate, the attack is rich, fleshy and structured. Evolution in the mouth is pleasant, the tannins are fine and melted, and the finish is long and round. This wine is well balanced.
Goes well with beef, veal, game and poultry dishes.
