On the nose, it is lively and fruit-forward with fresh red cherry, violet and a characteristic earthy note. The palate is well balanced and approachable with soft tannins and a long, fruity finish that is true to the Sangiovese grape. Pairs well with roasted red meats, pasta with ragu and aged cheeses.
