An elegant white Côtes du Rhône with a floral, herbaceous nose of fennel and honeysuckle. The palate is balanced and textured, blending ripe stone fruits with subtle vanilla oak. Made from Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Roussanne, Marsanne, Bourboulenc, and Clairette, with a portion aged in French oak for added depth.
Pairs well with goat cheese salad, shellfish platters, roast pork with apple sauce, and crumbly Wensleydale cheese.
