Gauvé Dão Doc Red 2015

Description & Pairings: 

It comes from the vineyards of Gouveia, vinified in oak and stainless steel vats with little extraction and at low temperatures. It aged for 24 months in used French oak barrels. The mixture of grape varieties found in our century-old vineyard gives Gauvé a unique and unrepeatable profile. It is a wine where freshness and elegance predominate, reflecting the main characteristics of the region. 

Food Pairing: Goes well with red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
