Description & Pairings: 

The “Herdade do Rocim” Alicante Bouschet is produced from the Alicante Bouschet grape variety. Deep ruby and violet colour. Fresh and mineral. Floral notes typical of the grape variety and spicy notes from the barrel ageing. Soft and silky tannins. A structure that allows a good bottle ageing.

Food Pairing: Goes well with Mediterranean food in general, pasta, beef, veal and poultry dishes.
