Tasting Notes: Extremely aromatic to very ripe black and red fruits. On the palate, very fruity, full-bodied, with notes of wood and balanced acidity. Firm tannins and pepper and liquorice flavours dominate the finish.
Food Pairing: Imprudente, red wine, with a full-bodied flavour and fruity aroma, it is associated with bold and strong dishes. Juicy meats with intense aromas is the ideal combination. Goes well with beef, veal, and grilled meats.
