Description & Pairings:
Garnet colour, dark and dense. Intense, concentrated and complex aroma, with floral notes, red fruit, black pepper and coconut integrated with barrel notes at tasting. Is very elegant, full of volume with notes of assorted spice, vanilla, forest and chocolate truffles. Fine and long tannins with freshness and minerality.
Goes well with beef, veal, pasta and poultry dishes.
