Description & Pairings:
Fermented in small stainless steel vats and oak barrels for 6 months. It is a wine with a beautiful golden colour given by the maturation and richness of the Encruzado and Bical grapes. The subtle aromas are dominated by a complex bouquet of white fruits, herbs and minerality. In the mouth, it has an opulent impact, but thanks to its great acidity it becomes very balanced and long. This wine has complex and austere aromas that do not fit in with conventional light and aromatic whites.
Food Pairings: Goes well with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif
