Monte da Peceguina White 2021 reflects a year of mild temperatures and cool nights that enhanced the purity of fruit and a good natural acidity. The nose is fresh and exuberant with an abundance of white pulp fruit and floral notes. In the tasting it is a well-designed
textured white wine with good volume in the mouth, anchored by the salivating acidity. Fruity and enveloping, it has a long and slightly saline finish.
Goes well with beef, veal, pasta and poultry dishes.
