This Alvarinho is characterised by very fine and delicate citric and orange blossom notes, which create immense aromatic complexity. It shows great varietal expression and uniqueness, as it is in fact a Douro white: structured and full, revealing flavours which can be traced through its aroma.
Its flavourful minerality and crisp acidity highlight the tasting as it finishes off with great distinction.
Food Pairing: Goes well with shellfish, lean fish, cured meats, soft cheeses and appetisers.
