Description & Pairings:
The first edition of Touriga Franca da Malhadinha from the Vinha do Ancoradouro conquers us immediately with the expressive nose of very clean fruit, then some earthy notes and some spice. In the mouth it is a very balanced wine, juicy and fruity with ripe tannins, resulting in an elegant wine, fresh and long in the end.
Food Pairing: Goes well with beef, lamb, veal and poultry.
