Golden in colour with greenish nuances. A fine, yet complex, aroma of minerality from the fermentation and aging in oak barrels. Good volume, with a pronounced acidity and minerality, which allows a good evolution in bottle.
Pairs beautifully with pork, shellfish, lean fish, and pasta dishes.
