Brick red deep covered. Clean, complex and with good intensity on the nose with red fruit aromas well conjoined with the ageing aromas, balsamic, spices, tobacco and leathers. Well structured, savoury, ample and soft but with character and good harmonised flavours. Complex and clean aftertaste.
Perfectly suited for Jamón Serrano and Ibérico, aged cheeses, red meats, hearty stews, roasts, and game.
